Digital Eye Lab is the first fully automated spectacle lens laboratory using the latest computer-driven equipment and proprietary software to offer Digitally surfaced Freeform lenses.

Every Digital Eye Lab lens is engineered to account for the most minute variations in prescription, face and frame measurements. They provide increased clarity and superior cosmetics. Specifically, Digitally surfaced backside PALs have a 38% wider visual field, maximizing distance, intermediate and near viewing zones. This virtually eliminates swim and instability along with all of the distortion inherent in conventional PALs, ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction.

Digitally surfaced single vision lenses are superior to conventional single vision lenses in every way. Increased visual clarity plus cosmetic differences are especially noticeable in higher prescriptions. Freeform lenses provide additional profits for the practice and more satisfied patients.

The Digital Advantage: Digital Eye Lab uses computer controlled "Point to Point" backside surfacing that is guided by 3000 to 5000 cut points. The back surface (closer to the eye) now contains 100% of the patient's Rx (sphere, cylinder, axis, prism and add power) while the front surface is a perfect sphere. Using this technology we can achieve a level of accuracy of .01D compared to the standard of .12D. Digitally surfaced lenses are 10x more accurate than conventionally fabricated lenses..

Technology: Digital Eye Lab uses the most advanced surfacing, finishing, and anti-reflective coating manufacturing equipment developed by Satisloh, the world's leading solution provider in optical lens fabrication.

Selection: To ensure that you'll be able to satisfy all your patients' lifestyles, we stock the widest selection of materials, including: CR39, Polycarbonate, Trivex, 1.60, 1.67, Transitions® and Polarized.

Service: Most orders placed by 1pm, will be shipped for next day delivery. All finishing services, including: edging, drill mounting, and tinting as well as applying the latest "Super Hydrophobic" AR coating (ClarisHD)are done in-house.
